Terms and conditions

We hope you are satisfied with all your purchases. However, if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt at the point of sale where the item was purchased.

In compliance with hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for water bottles.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with intact packaging and any labels, without any signs of wear or dirt. Otherwise, they will be rejected. We recommend keeping all packaging until you have made a final decision on the purchase.

Returns must be made at the same pick-up location selected for collection.

If the item is defective, it will be replaced with the same item. It will be refunded if the same item is not available.

Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. The refund process can take thirty (30) days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the credit card used for payment.
